You're running into the same thing I did when I bought my low mileage (stored for five years) Class A. Nothing major just corrosion that made things not work. Best thing for a MH is to use it often.
We lived out of ours for six months out of the year, for five years. During that time everything got cleaned up and oiled. When I sold it everything just purred and would come to life on the first attempt. Best thing for a MH is keep them rolling.
