Kidoo, you can do a lot of things as long as you do not get caught. But just consider the damage dumping from half a million coaches would do to the fragile desert and its animals.
You might do it in Canada or even in the wilderness here in the states, but that does not mean it is legal. Just read the link somebody posted in the previous page from the BLM rules and regulations.
