Yours is newer than mine but my Fleetwood/Freightliner you dump, then level. I would call the main Fleetwood number.
It can take a day for the fridge to get cold enough to make ice.
There should be a valve behind the fridge you access from outside. It doesn't look like a valve. Small square device with a pin handle.
The electric fill solenoid is there too. Usually blue with a small flex tube coming out that goes up to the top of the fridge.
Loosen the input to see if there is water.
