I have a similar setup, other than the CPAP, and when the batteries are in good condition I get power all night and still have enough power to start the generator off the house batteries in the morning. I note in your detail explanation you covered everything but checking the water level in the batteries. My guess is they are half full or less. I found if I left my motorhome plugged in I'd have to add water all the time to the batteries. If you don't, you run out of power at 3am.
