Personally don't like the toilet in the open prefer it by itself. Like you said it needs all new head liner now was that due to water or old age and the glue that is holding it breaking down. In one picture I can't tell but passenger side outside wall there looks like a bunch of holes drilled in or snaps not shure what that is for. One of the sets of batteries looks a little dirty.
