I would check that the engine, if a Cummins ISL 400, is on the infamous CM550 recall list. The engine serial numbers range from 46543077 to 46603939. If it is I would not purchase. Mine blew up at 28,000 miles, about one month before the 5 year warranty expired. These engines were produced between October 2005 & April 2006.
PTO should have been upgraded from the original dry version to the wet version. Aluminum radiators can also be a problem and seem to fail eventually.
