They have the Basic plan, which comes with unlimited towing and tire assistance, which is what they needed. They ended up getting a hold of Progressive insurance, which covers the RV, and Progressive got Good Sam to help. Coach Net continued to say they weren't covered because they got the motorhome from Camping World, and if they sent someone, he would have to pay out of pocket. The entire experience has my parents pretty depressed (the blow out and damage to the coach more than anything else). Once the dust settles, I hope he calls Coach Net and demands a refund.
