I have an Itasca 36RD, had the metal frame cleaned primed and painted, and had both windshields replaced. That was 3 years ago. NOW, The drivers side started with a small leak down the inside of the windshield.
I removed the rubber trim on the out side of the windshield. Along the top of the windshield, between it and the frame is a small space. I purchased a tube of 3M weatherstrip adhesive. I applied it in the space along the entire length of the windshield, quite liberally. It is thin enough, it flowed into the ares that was leaking and also coated the frame. 12,000 miles and no more leaks
