New to RVing... need help with fresh water filling

Thanks for replying! I have searched the thing from top to bottom and I can't locate any other inlet for water. There is a sticker in the holding tank compartment that says "City Water Connection" so I THINK I'm connecting to the right place. I guess I'm more stumped by how the water is supposed to get into the fresh water holding tank. There aren't any fill lines going to the tank. Is the tank supposed to fill through the pump and doesn't the pump have a check valve specifically to prevent that?
