Onboard water system pumps water out the shore input

When I am not connected to a shore water line and I turn on the onboard pump to use the fresh water tank, water streams out of the shoreline input. It does not occur the other way around. In other w...

x4 on replace city outlet. Apparently there is a rubber o ring that becomes dislodged. Some people have had some success repairing , but I think last time I replaced ours it was about a $15.00 part and quite easy to replace on our coach
