our motorhome has a long crack down the out side body

We were getting ready to put the cover on the RV and while I was waitng for my husband to help put it on I noticed a very long crack down the back! We don't what to do about it. Has this ever happene...

We have the extended warranty from Camping World, I pay $144.50 a month for that but I don't know if it covers any of that. I need to get the info back out of the RV and look through it again.
