I know that this doesn't help you in Calgary, but if you pass thru Oregon stop at the Speedco in Aroura just south of Portland. They are able to show you most of the process just standing by the rear of your coach when they do the service. You can even go underneath your coach if you wish. Check Speedco,s website for other locations.
I don't have my last bill, but it was in the area of 230.00 for oil, filters etc. they also checked the status of my oil and coolant. Took about 1 hour.

Check on this and other RV sites for info on changing fuel filters, how many quarts of oil, DCA 4, and other suggestions. Like a car, but way bigger. 24-28 quarts of oil can be a surprise when its coming at you.
