We have been on two caravans with SMART. One to Alaska and the Great River Road. They were both very well planned with lots of museums, events, and other attractions that were included in the price. We had short travel days and would generally spend two to three days at each stop and there were lots of free days for you to explore on your own. We have made many friends on these caravans and have really enjoyed them. In my opinion it is a great way to travel.
