My experience is that the Dicor tape has a texture on the exterior surface. The material in the photograph has a smooth exterior texture, so I can rule out Dicor.
Also, I am not trying to bash Eternabond, or the Dicor alternative. They are great products when used for what they are supposed to be used for. Within the last few years, I have seen a lot of lazy owners (and a few manufacturers too) slapping huge amounts of Eternabond up on their roofs in an effort to avoid getting the roof resealed on a regular basis.
It's a great product to make repairs, but it is not a substitute for proper maintenance.
In the photo I captured, this is just one example of a manufacturer applied strip of roof membrane applied on a brand new roof to a leak prone area. It appears to have been applied in lieu of sufficient self-leveling sealant. It ultimately failed and created a leak in the upper bunk which now has water damage on what is essentially a brand new unit. If this roof would have been sealed right from the get-go, and then inspected and resealed at normal intervals, this would probably have never happened.
