you guys are missing the obvious... if you see these major issues you will miss the small stuff... like the stain on a cabinet door doesn't go all the way to the edge... we as RV buyers expect some issues even with a new unit and if we didn't see the obvious things to grab our attention, we'd search and find that the moulding doesn't fit right, or the door doesn't latch... things that would cost much more to fix.
