When will RV Manufacturers be concerned with quality?

We also have a 2008 Allegro 35QBA, granted we have the gas version but we haven't had any problems with the dog house. The only issue we have is that when the passenger pushes on the carpet toward the fire wall with their feet the dash heater control lever will move from hot to cold (if its on cold to begin with.. kind of strange, but hasn't been a big enough problem to "dig" into yet.
