Rear Dual Valve Extentions

I have a 1997 E350 Chassis and what is the best valve extentions for the inner dual tire? Everything I have used gets loose and doesn't work or leaks. Does anyone have one they like and trust.

    The Gold Standard in these come from Tire-Man. There's also Dually-Valve but the T-M kit comes with more valves and special air-through caps.

    I have a brass Dually set on the rear and standard valves on the front. All caps are air-through. Can check six tires in a couple minutes. More importantly they don't lose air.
