Moisheh is right. I always thought red coolant was the CAT super coolant that didn't need SCA's. My new Freightliner chassis came with red coolant, but Freightliner says they can color ethlene glycol any color and that is what it is. When I checked the SCA's they were just about right. So, bottom line, the only way to be sure what is in your cooling system is to ask the chassis manufacturer.
