Registration/Title Issue - Need Your Opinion

As winnietrey points out just above, proceed with caution and have the rig checked out thoroughly. I purchased a Ford Ranger pickup several years ago form a seller who actually was acting as an agent for a private owner who didn't want to be bothered, the agent wanted cash only. Pickup turned out to be an excellent buy and we were all happy. Sounds like you have a nice RV lined up, just be cautious and do everything legal at the courthouse or wherever the title change will take place. If he is reluctant to do that, then think that I'd walk like others have recommended, but give it a chance first.
