Glad you got out!...that said, since it was brought up...just because the vehicle is in someone else's name, several people mentioned checking to ensure they had signed it off...remember, if it's not notarized, someone else, in this case, the seller, could simply sign the "previous owner"s name and then it's your problem....Dennis
