We traded in our class C for a 2002 Class A DP. The fuel pump quit the first trip we took in it, so that was an education right away. Even so, we couldn't go back now. We only take one trip a year that is over a thousand miles and the rest of the time we just take 3 or 4 day weekends. Most would say that's not enough to justify a DP but we love this RV and have never regretted buying it. When we decided what we could afford and just searched for coaches in that price range, we were surprised at what came up, coaches we wouldn't have looked at otherwise, and that worked out great for us.
