Remorse?
Thinking of jumping from a 5er to a DP for the convenience as we get a bit older. We aren't retired, but like to pull toys like a boat and jeep and up until now its always been multiple tow vehicles....

The only "worry" I have is buying a depreciating asset that cost more than the house (appreciating asset most years!) I'm living in. Then compare size (2000+ sq. ft.) to a maybe 600 sq. ft. MH. Then again my house is in the Memphis area that I want to move away from in retirement and the MH will get me to the edge of the Grand Canyon. Decisions!!!!
