Replacing a Convection/Microwave - where to go??

Any recommendations on where to go to replace our 9-yr-old GE Profile Spacemaker Oven - convection/microwave. It takes up a big space amidst a cabinet - 30" wide x 15" deep. Where do we start looking...

We couldn't see how it was bolted up there. Thanks for the recommendations on taking it out!
