Unfortunately that's a common problem.... (to often CoachNet's "list of service providers" has little to do with the REAL WORLD).
When I had an engine problem, CoachNet had my coach towed 50 miles to
a Cat shop on their list that DID NOT WORK ON MOTOR HOMES!
Another time, (when I had a Norcold refrigerator problem), CoachNet refereed me to a RV manufacturer on their LIST.
When I got there it turned out that, (although they installed Norcolds in their new trailers and 5th wheels), they DID NOT REPAIR APPLIANCES!
Those 2 experiences taught me the following:
NEVER drive to, (or allow CoachNet tow your RV to), a service provider on CoachNet's "approved/recommended list", without phoning ahead to verify that the service provider can/willactually do the repair!
