When I repaired a fogged window that had a sliding portion, I had a hard time getting that handle removed. Trying to reuse the gasket and get it reinstalled was impossible. I glued the handle to the window without the gasket using the same sealant used on the window. The sealant was C.R. LAURENCE 877 CRL Super Spacer Sealant, available on Amazon. It has held together for 3 years now.
