Replacing HWH hydraulic lines 2002 Itasca 34'
Replacing a hydraulic line on a 2002 Itasca 34' The line runs through basement wall and connects behind water heater. Is the only way to get to that is remove the water heater?

It should self purge.
However I opened slightly the line at the cylinder to make it go a little quicker. I then waited for the fluid to start dripping and then closed the line. It only took a minute or so.
