Most of those fixtures contain car tail light bulbs such as 1141 or 1156 or 1157, so all you need do is buy a LED replacement with a BA15 base. M4 Products is a good source for these though they are a little expensive. You can also check Amazon just searching for "1156 LED" or whatever your current bulbs are. You will find the M4 LEDs are somewhat higher in quality than the others.
