If it's a window leak, re-sealing with butyl rubber tape and covering the seam with Eternabond should do the trick. Also look closely at the rubber strips that seal the window itself into the aluminum frame.
If it's a marker light leaking, then butyl rubber underneath and re-attach should take care of it.
If it's a side window leak, then reseal with butyl and check the weep holes. I had to open up the weep holes on my rear window by the bed, or runoff from the awning could cause water to overflow the slide rails.
