I ordered my 'C' new in 2003. When it came in, the dealer arranged a walk through. Not only did they suggest that I bring someone along so that two sets of ears were listening, they pointed out that they would be removing the cab over clearance lights and re-sealing around them. They told me that they're installed at the factory with power screwdrivers and sometimes hairline cracks form around the lights from being over tightened. Eleven years, and dry as a bone.
It helps that nobody sleeps in the cabover. Just because its long enough and wide enough to hold two adults, doesn't mean that it can handle overweight adults. Even though I could be considered overweight, I prefer to think of myself as under tall.
