Mike, we've corresponded about two things:
1. Sealing the two upper side (cabover slider) windows closed.
2. Building a Pressure Tester.
Have you done either and what were the results? If you can get a higher volume blower, that produces a little more pressure, than the fan in the link above, then you don't have to seal the RV up to any great extent. You can just run it and apply the soap solution to look for bubbles at leak points.
