Thanks! I do have the outside screw, was able to remove it and get the motor out! That seems like something that should have been mentioned in the video. I am so glad that I did not force it without asking someone with more experience.
My motors have been replaced once with high torque motors so I really want the motor in my hand while ordering to be sure that I get the right thing. If they just look it up in the parts manual for the coach they will send the wrong thing. I don't know how much time I will have tomorrow to work on it and my wife wants to go camping next weekend so I have to keep things moving.
Actually, I found some on Ebay and have them on order, hopefully will have them by Thursday.
