Considering buying a Class A up from a C. Usually trade every 3 or 4 years. So which is easier to resell a diesel pusher or gas unit?

I don't understand at all the concept of buying what the next owner wants. I buy what "I" want.
Thinking of a MH as a financial instrument is a fundamental error IMO. These are a toy and should be bought with mad money. Nobody needs one.
