I subscribed since I have a FW with residential fridge on order. I'm thinking small organizer (plastic) baskets might help with that type of problem. We'll see what other folks say.

A lot has to go with how you load the shelf. Myself I make sure the shelf I'm using is Full and the heavy stuff is on the side of the fridge toward the front of the coach, stopping will cause more issues in the fridge then accelerating. At times I might have an empty shelf but once we get set up and rearrange the fridge then all shelves have stuff on them.

Pics would be greatI used a sheet of the 'no-slide' fabric on each shelf and on top of a few shelves I placed a small plastic bin for holding small jars, etc. nothing moves, well not significantly. doors stay shut with the same type of closer used on kitchen drawers.

The only real issue I have with my res. fridge was the door flying open when the wife didn't latch it. In her defense, we had just pulled out of Camping World and was turning left before she had a chance to latch it. Anyway, I no longer buy orange juice in hard plastic containers
I now use several spring loaded rods to secure heavy items. My Dometic had an auto door lock that locked when I turned on the ignition and I sure miss that feature.

A residential fridge needs to be packed like any RV fridge so nothing can move around. I have had shelf/drawer supports break from overloading so beware of that.

Agree with crasster. I had a bottle of Olive Oil break. Have to change carpet and took forever to get it off Linoleum.
