Is it possible to change an entry door from opening out to the left so it opens to the right. Thanks

On any kind of vehicle, or moving item, you normally orient the door so you are pushing against the wind to open it if the vehicle is moving. Reversing that would have the wind pulling the door open, possibly violently when the MH was moving.

You may have a hard time finding a non-custom option for the door and frame. I agree with the above in that should the door pop open while heading down the road at 60 you would not like the results.

Thank you "kerrlakeRoo" for that info. I am trying to have my entry door lay flat against my rig. My awning prevents that with door opening to left. Reversing the door doesnt sound like a good option. Thanks for the help.

The word "anyone" seems improper. There's a few people I'd throw out (if it was legal) but what about children or Grandma? I'd use the words "select few".

Hey ,,, it's the internet,,, you get all kinds! The good news is you can block the people you don't want to hear from. I think I have 4.

I don't know what you exact problem is but another option might be to shorten the door. A sharp saw blade can "fix" a lot of problems :)

Might check with someplace that does handicapped vans.

It's still a safety, maybe you have a child in the rig, maybe the door was not fully latched when the last person got in, or a simple failure of the latch, mechanical or otherwise. Stuff happens.

I shortened the awning Now it was not entierly by choice but .. Well I had planned on doing it,, Just not when I did it.

A door opening to the rear of the vehicle is dangerous.

If you went to the trouble/expense of reversing the door to open in, I think you may end up with a smaller entry door.
