I had Good Sam for several years and apparently they changed who administered their accounts and the service changed...I had a problem then my friend had one that cost him $800 and should have been covered but wasn't. I checked and the coverage had changed so I changed to Coach Net. One flat tire is all it takes to make you happy quick if you have it. My Progressive has it also but I never tried using it.
