Get a hair dryer and push warm air into it. That will start the melting process. As it gets hot today it will start to melt quickly.
After check to see that filters are clean. I lived full time for 4 1/2 years, part of it here in high humidity and high heat. I learned to keep the fan on high and the filters clean.
Good luck, this would have to happen on the hottest days of the year.
