Hi; Does anyone know or have experience with using liquid EPDM or rubber roof coatings over Eternabond & Dicor tape products ? Any thoughts or tips appreciated ! REBGORV2

I removed all the dicor from my rubber roof and sealed all the seams with eternabond. Shortly after that my roof started showing its age (16 years) so I applied liquid EPDM over every thing. I was really impressed with the results. I wished I could give you a better long term result but 2 years later a tree limb attacked my roof and the insurance company replaced it. So for two years it was wonderful and very easy to clean. The liquid EPDM leave a much smoother surface and cleans easier.
