I wish you were a little closer. I would jump in there and repair it for you for nothing. I bought a newer 2006 33' triple slide 5th wheel from a private owner awhile back that had four corners wood rot with no evidence of leaks on the inside. It didn't bother me a bit. He wanted $14,000 before I showed him the soft spots. I told him to take it to the dealer and get a price to repair it. $5,000 to replace the roof. Needless to say that I got it for $9,000. Repair materials were about $350 and I replaced the back half of the RV roof and repaired the wood. It's not a real big deal. The hardest problem with replacing the roof is removing the old roof. It is glued down to the wood decking and a real bear to get off.
If you get down to Florida I have an RV slip on my property and I can show you how to do the repairs. Good luck to you
