Thanks for all the comments and advice. Talked to CW again and their proce is actually the same as Lazy Days now at $5000. We will need the roof vents replaced so that will be extra. My husband cannot do the work himself so thats not an option. MH is in Zephyrhills Fl right now fr the winter but we are not so logistics of getting it done are tricky to say the least. Looks like we will get LD to do a full estimate and then book for January when we are back here.
I will also check to see if there is any mobile service around here that might work.

And as fr the brake costs we are in Canada and everything is almost double the cost..had them done at a truck repair sho that we use and after storing last wnter from driving through sniw and ice and salt everything was rusted through..a real mess...which s why it is staying here this winter in storage.
