For me I would not let the type of roof be a discriminating factor, there are more important things like layout, storage, CCC, and HP/WT to be concerned about. I had a FG roof on a 1994 Class B that developed a lot of micro cracks and weather badly from the sun after about 10 years. I have a 20 year old EPDM now that I coated with an acrylic coating in 2006. It has never leaked but will tear from a tree branch. I have had two tears that I have patched and all was well. My friend has the same year EPDM roof never coated and the white has worn off and is black now. EPDM roofs are quieter in a rain or hail storm than a FG roof. The TPO roofs like Britetek is a thermoplastic roof and is more durable than the EPDM. So if all things were equal I would probably choose the TPO(Thermoplastic polyolefin)roof. All need to be maintained around the openings with caulking or tape.
