Looking into purchasing a new awning with complete hardware ( rail, arms, etc). Any recommendations as to company to purchase product from?

Our new trailer has a Dometic awning and we already hate it. Its really sensitive to how you roll it up. Granted you probably want a power awning, but I read that there is a recall on Dometic power awnings. Take all that for what it's worth.
Our old trailer had a Carefree of Colorado awning. After 10 years it still looked and worked like new.
