While making every effort not to offend, I think it needs to be said that if you didn't know about these sites and resources 12 months ago when making your initial purchase, there is a very good chance that you may have overpaid at the time. Hopefully, you are not in an upside-down position where you owe more than it is worth. That part is none of our business and certainly doesn't require you to respond. However; when selling, it's good to remember that while you set the price, it is the market that eventually determines the real value. Priced right, it will sell in a timely manner.
