Big Hammer ..Serously Your brakes (rear) Have probably rusted against the drums ! from underneath take a large hammer and hit the side of the drum and brake shoe ..Both sides This happens on Big trucks and trailers all the time. a lot in freezing weather they freeze to the drums .. same idea
