That should be no problem. Just set the parking brake and put a wheel chock under one or two tires.
The problem is you want the rig to be fairly level when operating
the frig. I have some drive up lego type blocks for leveling the
RV. They are very nice, but there may not be enough in the kit to
level it out on that much slope,
