Being in service bussines, I always encourage customers to call the competition once in a while.
Just so they can notice how good I am ;)
CL improved greatly months ago when they made mail forwarding.
This way you can report scams, spams and unwanted mail.
I had few times somebody making me offer 30% lower than my low price. I accepted the offer, yet he was still sending me emails saying that "his brother" still want lower price blah.. blah.. blah.
I reported him to CL as unwanted emailer.
