That seems to me like a bit of armchair quarterbacking that may be uncalled for. If it was simply going too fast for the corner, it ought to have overturned towards the outer side of the curve, rather than the inside. I would guess either an overcorrection to some problem (running off the pavement accidentally, perhaps), or maybe a collision with the Jeep that was also off the road causing a loss of control. It also looks like a rather rainy, wet day from the pictures, so the pavement (and certainly grassy shoulder) may well have been somewhat slippery.
I'm not trying to suggest that the driver absolutely was not going too fast for the conditions, but only that there are other possible explanations or at least partial explanations as well, and it seems to me there's way too little information to make any reasonable judgement.
I am very glad that nobody was killed or apparently even seriously hurt. It could have ended in a much bigger tragedy.
