rv ownership

what is more important to current owners? longevity or performance of there RV
  • Longevity if you consider reliability in the same light.

Would good performance over longevity mean the coach is moving faster towards the RV grave yard?
  • I vote for reliability, longevity, comfort and last would be performance...it's not a hot rod or sports car it's a house on wheels.
  • My definition of performance is how long it lasts while meeting its original specifications.

  • I don't worry about how long it takes to get to the top of the hill if I was in a hurry I would have flown or driven my car. The journey is sometimes the best part of a trip. I want to be safe and comfortable and relax that is why I left home. I really love the huge window of a class A to take in the scenery the older I get the more I find beauty in the scenery. I used to dislike the desert or plains but on my last trip I even found beauty there.

  • Dependability, ease of use, comfort. Without those three things, you may as well stay home.
  • Depends on what you mean by performance. Are you talking how it drives, rides and takes the big climbs? Are you talking about coach systems?
