Sorry, I live in Auburn and I have never stayed in any of the RV Parks near here.
What I can tell you is that I don't even like driving my car in Seattle let alone driving my RV down town.
Two differnt groups, Denny, and Yesler, were controlling the city prior to 1900. They didn't get along very well so when they laid out the streets they didn't match their streets with each other. That is why when traveling north, or south in Seattle the streets jog one way or the other to link together.
I think I would find a place on the Olympic Peninsula and walk on the ferry.
