RV plugged in noise at electrical panel

Now I been away from RVing for about 10 years. dove back into it with an older very affordable 93 Dutchmen. When I got it home and plugged it in I hear a humming and clicking noise at the panel that is located under bed. any ideas what this is from? Battery charger? Is this normal? I don't remember that on my old unit...could be annoying when trying to sleep. any feedback will be helpful....Jer
  • A loose breaker in the panel can make a humming and clicking noise make sure they are well seated.
  • I would be taking the cover off to see what is causing noise. May be bad connections in AC/DC box.
  • The panel in my 94 Classic always hummed but didn't have any clicking. It was located in the bathroom.
  • It wouldn't be unusual for the converter (battery charger) to hum a little but there shouldn't be any continuous clicking.
