RV Refrigerator repair in Sacramento California

Hi there everyone, Does anyone know of a RV repair place in the Sacramento area that will do a true diagnostic on the refrigerator other than staring at it and saying "Yup, you need a new refriger...

Make and model of refer would be of help.
Many refers have circuit board AC power relays that burn out.
It maybe less expensive to just order the proper Dinosaur Electronics circuit board and replace it yourself. Dometic circuit boards are about $100.
